Creamed Corn

4.25 L fresh corn kernels
500 ml cereal cream
500 g butter
250 ml sugar

Mix all ingredients together in large roasting pan. Cook, uncovered, for 90 minutes in preheated 325 F (160 C) degree oven. Stir frequently. Cool then freeze in freezer bags.
