Cream Raisin Pie

1 cup Sour cream
1 cup Raisins
1 8 inch unbaked pie shell
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg

Yield: 6 servings

Mix first 4 ingredients thoroughly and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake @ 275 degrees 90 minutes, until filling is golden brown.

Makes 1 – 8 inch pie.
