150 ml plain yogurt
15 ml mustard
250 ml chicken breast, skinless, boneless, cooked & diced
175 ml lettuce, shredded
1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
2 celery stalks, sliced
125 ml black seedless grapes, halved
4 soft flour tortillas (10 inch / 25 cm)
In a small bowl; combine yogurt and mustard. Stir in chicken and toss until thoroughly coated.
In another bowl; toss lettuce, cucumber, celery and grapes.
Evenly distribute lettuce mixture and chicken mixture on tortillas.
