Caramel Hot Cocoa

1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
1-3/4 cups skim milk
2 tablespoons caramel ice cream topping

Combine sugar and cocoa in a small saucepan. Stir in milk and topping. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture is thoroughly heat and caramel dissolves. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 cups
