1 tablespoon Fennel seed, crushed
1/2 teaspoon Garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon White pepper
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
4 each Boned And Skinned Chicken Breast Halves
2 teaspoon Vegetable oil
4 each Kaiser rolls, split
4 Slices Monterey Jack Cheese

Make a rub of the seasonings: Mix fennel, garlic salt, white pepper and red pepper. Rub chicken with fennel mixture.
Heat oil in 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken in oil 15 to 20 minutes, turning once, until no longer pink inside. Place chicken on bottoms of split rolls. Top with cheese and tops of rolls.
