1 bunch broccoli, cut into flowerettes
1 tablespoon oil
1 jalapeno or serrano, chopped
1 inch ginger, minced
1 bud + 5 cloves garlic, slivered
dash MSG (optional)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1-2 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup chicken broth
Heat oil in wok.
Stir fry the pepper, ginger and garlic for a minute or two. Add the broccoli and msg and stir fry until the broccoli is bright green. Add cornstarch, soy sauce and chicken broth, cook another 30 seconds to a minute until the sauce is thickened.
