1 OZ MANDARIN LIQUEUR OR PEACH OR PEPPERMINT SCHNAPPS,
1 OZ GIN

WARM BUT DON’T BOIL BEER IN A SAUCEPAN,
POUR INTO FLAMEPROOF GLASS,
ADD LIQUEUR and GIN,
POUR SLOWLY OVER BACK OF A SPOON
BEFORE THE GIN SINKS LIGHT IT
