Bavarian Mint Coffee Creamer

3/4 cup nondairy powdered creamer
3/4 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake to blend well-store in an airtight container.

To serve:
Stir 2 tablespoons creamer into 6 ounces hot coffee.

Yields 15 servings.
