Apple Raisin Chicken Puffs

1 apple, grated
1 carrot, grated
500 ml chicken, cooked & diced 2 cup
75 ml cottage cheese 1/3 cup
75 ml raisins 1/3 cup
1 ml ground cinnamon 1/4 tsp
8 pastry puffs
30 ml butter, melted 2 tbsp

In a large bowl; combine apple, carrots, chicken and cottage cheese; mixing well. Divide mixture into four equal portions.

Place 2 sheets of pastry together. Fold pastry in half and brush with butter. Place one portion of chicken mixture in centre of pastry. Fold in sides and fold over to form a square. Repeat process with remaining ingredients. Arrange pastries on greased baking sheet. Brush pastry with butter. Bake in preheated 375 F (190 C) oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
