5/8 cup milk
2 tablespoons oil or butter
1-1/2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon yeast
1/2 medium apple-peeled and diced (granny smith holds up especially well)
Add ingredients in the order your machine requires. Process on specialty bread. Add all ingredients except apples. When your machine specifies, add apples. Suggest medium crust.
