1-1/2 dried ancho chiles
1/2 tablespoon mild chili powder
1 tablespoon hot chili powder
1 tablespoon Chimayo chili powder
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1-1/2 teaspoon chipotle paste.
Combine in large bowl.
Makes about 2 cups.
