Aebleskivers

1-1/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
5/8 teaspoon baking soda
3/8 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup buttermilk
1 egg, separated
1-1/2 tablespoons butter, melted

Serving Size : 4

Sift dry ingredients. Beat egg yolk. Add to milk. Combine with dry ingredients; add melted butter. Fold in beaten egg white. Fry in aebleskiver pan. Serve with powdered sugar and jam.
