10 strips of bacon, sliced
1 spanish onion, sliced
1 medium head cabbage, sliced
salt & pepper to taste
Fry bacon until crisp, remove from frying pan and crumble. To remaining drippings, add onion and fry until limp, then add cabbage gradually and cook until soft, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper. Before serving, add crumbled bacon. Serve with perogies and sausage.
