1 large onion, cut into chunks
7 ml all-purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp
5 ml salt 1 tsp
pepper to taste
tabasco sauce, few drops
250 ml milk 1 cup
4 medium potatoes, peeled
250 ml cheddar cheese, grated 1 cup
Preheat oven to 350 F (180 C). Grease an 8 inch (20 cm) square cake pan. Put onion, flour, salt, pepper, tabasco sauce and milk in a blender. Puree until completely blended. Transfer to large bowl. Grate potatoes and cheese into milk mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through and golden on top.
