1 large boneless skinless chicken breast cooked and shredded
(or if you are pressed for time a large can of breast meat only)
1-1/2 cup pasta bow ties or 1 cup rice
1/3 cup each diced red, yellow and green pepper
1/2 cup sweet onion
1 can Vegetable broth
1 can Chicken broth
1 cup water
2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
Combine all ingredients except pasta and simmer 10 minutes, add pasta or rice and simmer an additional 10 minutes….enjoy!
