Quickie Hollandaise Sauce

1/2 cup Butter or margarine
1/8 teaspoon Salt
2 teaspoon Lemon juice
3 each Egg yolks

In small saucepan, heat butter with lemon juice and salt until bubbly. Add slowly to egg yolks, beating constantly.

Makes 3/4 cup.
