1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
3/4 cup frozen juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup 2% or skim milk
wooden sticks, paper cups
Combine yogurt, fruit juice concentrate and milk. Pour into 6 or 7 small paper cups. Freeze until partially set and insert a wooden stick into centre of each. Freeze until firm.
Peel off paper cup when ready to serve.
