1 9 inch pastry shell
1/4 cup orange juice
3 eggs
1 tbs flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon orange zest
1/4 cup milk
2 cups sugar
1 tbs cornmeal
1/4 cup melted butter
Mix ingredients together and pour into pastry shell; bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
Serves 6 to 8.
