1/4 Cup oil
1/4 Cup orange juice
1/3 Cup honey
2 Teaspoons coarse-grained mustard
2 Teaspoons cinnamon
2 garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper, to taste
2 chicken breast halves skinned and boned
Combine all ingredients in blender container. Blend until thoroughly emulsified. Pour marinade over chicken and marinate, covered, for 6 hours or overnight, turning occasionally. Preheat broiler and cook, about 3 inches from heat, turning once, until done to your taste, 20 to 30 minutes.
Variation
Substitute juice of 1 lime for orange and lemon juice.
