Low Fat Cocoa Sheet Cake

2 egg whites
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1/3 cup cocoa
1-1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
3/4 cup applesauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking soda
powdered sugar
vegetable cooking spray

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients one at a time, stirring well after each addition. Lightly coat 9×9 nonstick baking pan with vegetable oil cooking spray, dust with flour. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30 minutes. Cool, sprinkle top with powdered sugar and serve.

Makes 10 servings.
