1-1/2 cups oil
3 eggs
2 cups sugar….mix together well
3 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda….add to above mixture:
3 cups diced apples
2 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chopped pecans or nuts of choice
Mix all together until well blended. Pour into a greased Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1-1/2 hours till done. Cool and dust with powdered sugar….ENJOY!
