Homemade Granola

BASIC CEREAL
2 c Rolled oats*
1 c Grapenuts cereal
1 c Wheat germ
1 c Raisins**
1/2 c Sunflower seeds
1/2 c Banana chips crushed
1/4 c Flaked almonds

FOR EACH SERVING
2/3 c Yogurt
1/2 each Kiwi fruit, sliced
2 each Strawberries, sliced
2 teaspoon Honey

Yield: 12 servings

*Preferably steel cut, organic, oats.
**Thompson seedless raisins if possible.

Combine all cereal ingredients. Keep in covered jar.

To serve:
Put 1/2 cup of cereal mixture in bowl. Top with kiwi fruit and strawberries (keep 2 slices of strawberry and 1 slice kiwi for topping). Drizzle 1 teaspoon of honey over fruit. Cover fruit with 2/3 cup non-fat plain yogurt. Place reserved fruit on top of yogurt. Drizzle an additional teaspoon of honey over all.

Per serving as described: 326 calories, 8 g fat (14%)
Per serving of cereal only: 261 calories, 7 g fat (23%)
