1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 egg
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
Cream butter and sugar at low speed. Add egg and continue to beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix until dough gathers into a ball. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for 1-2 hours. Form cookies using Clay Cookie Molds. Unmold and bake at 375’F for 10-12 minutes
Yield: 6-7 cookies
