1 peach, sliced and frozen for 30 to 60 minutes
3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, partly defrosted
4-1/2 tablespoons cold water
1/3 cup nonfat milk (more if you like thinner texture)
1/2 cup nonfat frozen vanilla yogurt
Place the peach slices in blender with the juice concentrate, water, milk and frozen yogurt. Blend at mix speed (medium) until smooth, you may have to stir down once or twice. Blend for 45 seconds at whip speed (slow). Pour into a cold glass.
Makes about 16 ounces, serves 1.
