The milk is put into a pot to boil.
When it starts boiling, the cream of semolina flour is added little by little, stirring continuously, until the entire quantity of semolina flour is finished.
After having boiled it is left to get cool. From the semolina cream croquettes are made, in length of about 5 cm, which are passed through flour, egg and breadcrumbs and are fried in hot oil.
