2 quart Sugar, granulated
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1-1/2 Water, hot
3 quart Juice(3-32 oz can), grape, frozen, concentrated
1/2 cup Juice, lemon (optional)
4 3/4 gallon Water, cold
3 gallon Ice(12 lb), crushed or cubed
Dissolve sugar and salt in the 1-1/2 gallon hot water.
Add juices and the 4 3/4 gallon cold water to sugar solution. Mix thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate.
Add ice just before serving.
