1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
45 ml olive oil 3 tbsp
salt & pepper to taste
5 ml paprika 1 tsp
2 pepper 1/2 tsp
In a large bowl, combine oil, salt, pepper and paprika. Add cauliflower and toss to coat. Spread out on lightly greased baking sheet. Roast for about 30 minutes, turning florets once or twice, until cauliflower is tender and lightly brown.
