3/4 teaspoon yeast
2 tbs. sugar
1-1/2 teaspoon ground caraway (or caraway seeds)
1 tbs. dry milk
5 tbs. rye flour
1-1/2 cup + 2 tbs. bread flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 tbs. butter
5-1/2 ounces warm water
Makes a 1 lb loaf. Use with regular or rapid cycle.
