Farro (Spelt)

300 gr. spelt,
1 onion,
500 gr. ripe tomatoes,
100 gr. pecorino cheese,
olive oil,
salt and pepper.

Leave spelt into water for few days. Apart, brown a sliced onion, add chopped peeled tomatoes, salt and pepper.

Add water and spelt. Cook and stir all the time. Serve with little broth and grated pecorino cheese.
