2 tablespoons minced onions
1 tablespoon ground coriander
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
In a bowl combine minced onions, coriander, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and soy sauce. Mix well. Use as a basting sauce or marinade.
Makes about 3/4 cup.
