Pineapple Bean Pot

2 cans pork & beans (14 oz / 398 ml)
1 can pineapple tidbits, drained (14 oz / 398 ml)
1 medium onion, sliced
15 ml soy sauce 1 tbsp
1 green pepper, chopped
300 g ham, cooked & cubed 10 oz

In a large bowl, combine pork and beans, pineapple tidbits, onion, soy sauce, green pepper and ham. Mix well. Pour into casserole dish.

Bake in preheated 300 F (150 C) oven for 1 hour or until thoroughly heated.

Serves: 8
