3 ounces Prosecco
2 ounces Aperol
1 ounce soda water
1 orange slice (for garnish)
Fill a stemmed wine glass with ice, and add Prosecco, followed by Aperol.
Top with 1 ounce of soda water (or enough to fill to the rim of the glass). Garnish with an orange slice.
