Cornstarch Wash for 100

Yield: 1 quart

Ingredients Weights Measure
Starch, corn 1-1/3 ounces 1/4 cup
Water   1 quart
  1. Combine cornstarch and water. Bring to a boil; cook until clear.
  2. Brush on bread and rolls before and immediately after baking.

NOTE:

  1. Keep wash warm. Reheat, if necessary.
