4 to 5 lb. rolled beef rib roast
Mushroom Sauce:
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Place roast fat side down on roasting rack in a 2 quart 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Cook on High 25 minutes. Turn roast over. Cook 20 minutes on Roast.
Put mushroom sauce in a glass bowl and cook with roast on Roast for 5 to 10 minutes or until meat reaches rare doneness. Let meat stand covered with foil 10 minutes before serving.
Serve mushrooms over sliced meat.
Can cook baking potatoes (6 medium) around roast during entire cooking time.
Cook mushroom sauce 4 to 5 minutes on Roast or until tender.
