6 cups cooked rice
50 grams diced onion
50 grams diced bell pepper
30 grams raisins
1 cup tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves mined garlic
salt to taste
butter or margarine
Cook the rice.
Mix with tomato sauce to evenly coat the grains.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix.
Serve.
