Serving size: 1 bowl
1 cup water
12 oz bread flour
1/4 oz compressed yeast
1/2 oz granulated sugar
1/4 oz iodized salt
1/4 oz shortening
Place all items in large bowl; knead at medium speed.
Let rise 1 hour; punch down.
Make into round balls.
Let rise for 40 minutes.
Bake at 350 F for about 25 minutes, checking periodically for browning.
