4 cucumbers, peeled & sliced
1 medium onion, sliced into rings
375 ml mayonnaise 1 1/2 cup
125 ml sugar 1/2 cup
125 ml vinegar 1/2 cup
In a large bowl; add cucumbers and onions.
In a small bowl; mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Blend well. Pour dressing over vegetables. Cover and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
