1-2-3 Lemon Mousse

1-1/2 cups heavy cream
1/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon McCormick® pure Lemon Extract

Beat all ingredients until mixture mounds softly. Spoon into dessert dishes and serve.
