Pierogi Cheese Filling 2

1 cup dry curd cottage cheese
1 egg yolk
3 tablespoons sour cream
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste

Cream cheese with egg yolk; add salt and pepper to taste. If filling is too thick, add sour cream.
