1 chicken breast
spinach
3 tablespoons cream cheese
Flaky Pastry
Cook spinach. Squeeze all liquid out. Mix with cream cheese and cool. Put chicken on pastry, then spinach. Fold corners in to make triangle. Press together to seal. Get a fork and push into pastry maybe three times along. Bake in oven about 180c 350-400f for 45 min to 1 hour.
You can try mushroom and blue cheese too, that’s nice
