750 ml elbow macaroni
796 ml can stewed tomatoes
1 medium onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
– salt, pepper & garlic powder to taste –
1 L cheddar cheese, grated
Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
Add tomatoes, onion, soup and seasonings. Layer macaroni mixture with grated cheese. Continue to layer until you end up with grated cheese on top. Cover and bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for 45 minutes. Remove lid and continue baking for an additional 15 minutes.
