4 pounds pork spareribs
12 ounces Great Western Beer
1/2 cup honey
2 teaspoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Cut spareribs into 2 rib sections.
Combine remaining ingredients in a shallow glass dish or ceramic baking dish. Add Ribs. Marinate in refrigerator at least 24 hours, turning and basting occasionally.
Arrange ribs in a single layer in a large baking pan; reserve marinade.
Bake at 350 degrees F 1-1/2 hours, turning once and basting frequently with marinade.
Makes 4 – 6 servings
