1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup dry mustard (don’t pack measuring cup, use plain ordinary dry mustard)
1 cup apple cider vinegar (DO NOT use white vinegar or wine vinegar)
In double boiler (or no stick saucepan) combine all ingredients, mix well. Cook over hot water until mixture starts to thicken, about 15 minutes. Cool. Place in glass container and store in refrigerator.
