Double Chocolate Bars

1 package (16 ounce) cream filled chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
3/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups (12 ounces) miniature semisweet chocolate chips, divided

Combine cookie crumbs and butter; pat onto the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 2 inch baking pan. Combine milk and 1 cup of chips in a microwave safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute or until chips are melted; stir until smooth. Pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake at 350oF for 10 to 12 minutes or until chips are melted. Cool.

Makes about 4 dozen bars.
