Grandpa Stuffing

1 onion
1-1/2 lb Jimmy Dean ground pork sausage with sage
1-1/2 to 2 cups celery
1/2 bunch parsley
2 bags dry seasoned dressing bread (Mrs. Cubbisons)
1 cup milk

Brown pork sausage and drain. Chop onion, celery, and parsley. Mix together in large bowl. Add stuffing and milk. May need to add more milk. Mixture should be just moist. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put into 13×9-inch glass or metal dish. Pat firm into dish. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
