Coconut Icing

3/4 stick (6 tablespoons) margarine or butter
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup coconut

Combine. Stir while cooking in a saucepan for 2 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Partially cool and spread on cooled cake.
