500 g lean ground beef
1/2 onion, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
30 ml ketchup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
125 ml cheddar cheese, grated
125 ml bread crumbs
24 slices of bread
In a skillet; saute beef and onions.
Remove from stove and add eggs, ketchup, soup, cheese and bread crumbs.
Trim crusts from bread. Butter one side. Place butter side of bread in muffin tins.
Fill with hamburger mixture. Bake in preheated 350 F (180 C) oven for approximately 20 minutes.
