Salame turco (Turkish salami)

300 g biscuits,
50 g sugar,
50 g cocoa,
30 g butter,
100 g chopped almonds,
half cup milk,
1 egg,
20 g chopped pistachios.

On a low flame, dissolve cocoa in butter. Add the beaten yolk, almonds, chopped pistachios,the whisked egg white and crumbled biscuits. Add milk and make a stiff dough.

Place the dough in a mould previously covered with greaseproof paper. Make a sort of loaf and keep in the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve in slices.
