8 ounces fat free cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 carrot, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 onion, diced
1 celery rib, diced
2 teaspoons parsley flakes
Place cream cheese and cottage cheese in blender, cover and blend on high for 30 seconds. Add remaining ingredients to cheese mixture. Blend on high for 2 minutes. Scrape sides occasionally. Chill for one hour. Serve with fresh vegetables.
