2 tablespoons Wine
1/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1/4 teaspoon Dried Parsley
1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1/2 c Olive Oil
In a small bowl whisk together wine, vinegar, and mustard until blended. Slowly pour in olive oil, whisking constantly. Whisk in oregano, parsley, and garlic. Use for a dressing on mixed greens.
